We continue to see encouraging signs in the Park County market but are not into the recovery phase yet.  As you read the national news there is considerably more good economic news than bad which was not the case a year ago. Buyer interest continues to increase given the improving (but not recovered by any means) economy, attractive price levels, Interest rates & people continue to be interested in living the South Park Lifestyle.  I have been seeing steady inquiries from those looking to have a second home, a piece of land to hold on to, a few people looking to upgrade since they will likely save on the net upgrade cost,  people retiring or planning to in the next 5-10 years, people looking for a place in Park County to bring together their family and friends and those looking for a great deal. Most people have more than one of those reasons.
